What is Thunder Over Chattanooga ?

Thunder Over Chattanooga is an event to lift up the name of Jesus started by The Chattanooga Chapter of the Cycle Disciples and Refuge  Ministry Center , to minister to the lost and saved alike. This years event will be the 2nd annual rally.
